The successful candidate will support the Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) program office in completing implementation activities as sites throughout the US. 

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for implementation activities for assigned TFDM sites.
• Developing site implementation plans and other supporting documentation to guide field deployments.
• Participating in coordination meetings with engineering, program management, and operational stakeholders to ensure site readiness for implementation activities.
• Conducting site briefings as needed to prepare operational personnel for system implementation.
• Providing implementation status reporting to program management, FAA leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Extensive travel (up to 85%) may be required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• BS degree or higher in engineering discipline; an additional 5 years of related experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. 
• A minimum of 10 years of related experience working with the FAA.
• Familiarity with NAS systems and operations.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel. Travel requirements may be as high as 85%.
• Ability to satisfy FAA resume and security requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust, Citizenship required.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
