SAIC is currently seeking a Training Analyst located at Ft Bliss in Texas on the Army National Guard contract in support of Battlefield Tactical Systems such as FAAD2/C-RAM C2, ADSI / CDLIM, AMDWS, TAIS, AFATDS, and JADOCS.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Configure, integrate, maintain and operate tactical systems and Synthetic Training Systems such Airspace Management Environment (AME) simulation. 
• Conduct scenario design and development for Synthetic Training simulation/stimulation and participate in training exercises and mobilization events. 
• Participate in planning meetings, technical working groups, and will present training plans to senior Army Officers. A general understanding of SHORAD, IBCS, IFPC and Patriot is helpful.  
• Training is executed in confined training areas and across tactical ranges. 

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelors and six (6)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Must have prior Army experience.  
• Extensive experience in Army Air Defense Command and Control Systems.
• Operational knowledge of Battlefield Tactical Systems such as FAAD2/C-RAM C2, ADSI / CDLIM, AMDWS, TAIS, AFATDS, and JADOCS. 
• Must be willing to work in the training environment and operational conditions.
• Must be willing to support 24-hour Army operations on occasion. 
• Must be willing to travel CONUS up to 25% of the time.  

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Must be able to obtain an Active Secret clearance.
• Must have current US Citizenship.
