SAIC is hiring a Training SME to provide support to the SMPES Training and NPES RECAP Tiger Team. This role will be 100% on site in Omaha, NE.
The key responsibilities of the Training SME role will be:
- Design and build the SMPES training program and associated processes, including material development, delivery program, and implementation plans.
- Build training materials for SMPES training development program and tailor training material to support and evolve with frequent Agile software releases and user engagements.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- US citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field and fifteen (15) or more of related experience or a Masters and thirteen (13) or more years of experience.
- Successful experience managing learning projects from analysis through implementation to include maintaining documentation throughout the curriculum design project lifecycle.
- Experience developing multimedia and virtual learning course development with a focus on hands-on learning.
- Flexibility to support multiple training efforts.
- Experience working in the customer's technical directorate. In particular, previous work in a technical occupation is highly desired.
- Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on training, planning, overseeing, and operating challenging programs.
