Regional Education Lead

We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Education Lead to elevate salon artistry and empower growth within a specific region. As a key member of our team, you will manage all your region's education and event initiatives, partnering with brands and sales teams to maximize impact and drive salon success.
Key responsibilities:
• Brand Partnerships: Manage relationships with key brand partners, acting as the primary liaison for educational initiatives. Collaborate on joint marketing and educational efforts.
• Education Program Management: Plan and execute educational programs for stylists, incorporating digital and in-person learning. Manage a regional education calendar for store events, studio classes, and larger events. Adapt brand curricula, schedule sessions, and oversee logistics for both online and offline events. Manage studio bookings and inventory.
• Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with brands and the marketing team to promote educational opportunities across various channels. Drive event participation and store traffic.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and analyze performance data. Track key metrics (attendance, engagement, sales) and report on educational activities, including website and YouTube updates.
• Curriculum Support: Support brand partners in adapting their curricula to SalonCentric's network. Offer insights into trends and stylist preferences. Proofread, translate, and localize content.
• Stylist Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stylists, understanding their needs and preferences to personalize learning experiences.
• Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products to ensure program relevance. Share knowledge with internal teams and salon partners.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for educational programs and partnerships, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications and skills:
• Salon industry knowledge and experience.
• Strategic and operational skills to develop and execute education strategies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Digital proficiency in leveraging e-learning platforms and creating digital content. Canva experience a plus.
• Proven leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical skills in data analysis, ROI tracking, and reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Bilingual (French and English) an asset.
