Job Title: TPM Promo Manager

Reports To: VP, Merchandising and Brand Development

Summary

We are seeking a passionate individual who can pair analytical mindset, strategic execution and vigilant attention to detail to implement and track PPD brand promotional forecasting in TPM. As a TPM Manager, you will be responsible for the upload and maintenance of hundreds of promotions by channel (Street, Store, Sub and eComm), operating as a liaison between key cross functional stakeholders (including but not limited to BI, Demand Planning, Commercial Teams, Customer Supply Chain, PPD Brands and Finance).

You will be instrumental in driving the implementation of commercial forecasts by collaborating with the BI team to challenge and strategize the long-term forecast, ensuring consistency and accuracy in promotional forecasting and sales construction.

Responsibilities:

Own Promotional Data Management for respective PPD Brands.

•Review and challenge promotional forecasting for both SalonCentric and Brand promotions

•Upload promotional details in TPM.

•Maintain monthly changes to promotions and promotional forecast as part of the consensus process

•Take ownership of the volume forecast and be able to understand, discuss and challenge the intricacies of the value of the promotional forecasts.

•Build a promo library and consolidate the promo plan.

Coordinate the Monthly Business Planning Cycle

•Lead the data entry of promotional information throughout the Business Planning Cycle, including monthly validation of the promotional forecast with the respective Business Planners

•Collaborate with the BI team, Promotional team and Commerical team to align on monthly forecasting goals, tasks & deadlines.

•Identify and share promotional trends and seasonality based on YTD performance for respective brands

Coordinate the Annual Promotional Planning Process

•Ensure all stakeholders are aligned to key deadlines and tasks.

•Support and challenge the development of the budget forecast construction.

Track Monthly Promo actualization

•Weekly tracking of promo performance and how it will impact future activity.

Competencies:

•Ability to manage and track large amounts of data

•Strong attention to detail with ability to identify inconsistencies in large data sets

•Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

•Ability to be flexible and work under pressure, challenges the status-quo

•Enjoys collaborating with others and can develop strong internal/external relationships

•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

•Comfortable learning and working in planning systems

Experience:

•3-5 years + commercial financial, business or sales planning experience

•Experience working with business planning tools and creating/analyzing business planning models

•Proficiency with business planning cadences and best practices

•Experience with intricate corporate structures with multiple key stakeholders

•Strong attention to detail for accuracy with the ability to multitask

•Demonstrated track record of exceptional planning, reporting and problem-solving skills

•Proven ability to manage complicated relationships

•Advanced computer skills (Excel, Excel Pivot Tables, SAP Analyzer & Power BI)

•4-year College degree/professional experience
