  • Carry out activities related to the suspension, quotation, resumption and hiring of carriers in accordance with current policies of the company, both for national and export clients.
  • Manage operations related to any customs where the company is the Registered Importer/Exporter.
  • Manage all activities related to obtaining permits Import/Export, including the establishment of a relationship with different government departments to obtain approval for the Plant both with locals (COFEPRIS/SENASICA) and foreigners.
  • Negotiate and select the best operators and establish KPIs and other requirements for ensure the best cost/quality of service and compliance.
  • Direct responsibility for the Silao plant warehouse, and direct supervision of area manager
  • Establish warehouse KPIs and ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Work hand in hand with the purchasing department to establish levels of adequate inventory.
  • Ensure that our different warehouses operate in the safest conditions and provide all necessary support and leadership to the warehouse team in terms of training, equipment or other capital requirements.
  • Manage 3PL, external warehouses ensuring the most efficient use of it to minimize expenses under this concept.
  • Supervise and ensure maximum efficiency of the Warehouse budget (pallets, film extendable, PPE, etc.).
  • Coordinate, supervise, control and ensure the activities of reception, dispatch, storage and distribution of raw materials, finished products, packaging, various supplies for the company's external and internal clients.
  • Supervise product shipments for national and international clients managing the contracting of transportation for each case.
  • Issue and submit the reports required by management in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the logistics chain of raw materials, finished products and others requirements that the company may present.
  • Request transportation for delivery of finished product to national and international clients.
  • Tracking deliveries from origin to destination.
  • Import logistics of international inputs, as well as the permit processing, and other tariff and non-tariff import requirements.
  • Verify supplier quotes to ensure you have the best alternative. cost, delivery, security of assortment, with exceptional quality.
  • Control of payments and advances to customs agents, as well as taxes for the crossing of the goods.
