We are looking for a Production Laborers to join our team! At West Bend, we specialize in cream cheese – that meet our customers' needs and appeal to consumer tastes worldwide.
Rate of Pay:
- $19.98 per hour ($18.44 plus $1.50 per hour certification pay) with earning potential up to $50,000 per year.
- Additional $0.50 per hour for working second shift hours.
- Additional $1.00 per hour for working third shift hours.
- $2,000 sign on bonus paid out over 12 months based on good employment standing for third shift full time.
1st Shift (6:15am to 2:15pm)
2nd Shift (2:15pm to 10:15pm)
3rd Shift (10:15pm to 6:15am)
Overtime is expected and weekend work is common. Overtime is paid on 8+ hours in a day, time and half paid on Saturdays and double time paid on Sundays. Work week also includes a guaranteed 40 hours.

Perform manual/physical labor tasks such as hand packing/stacking, inspection, rework & sort operations as needed
Able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines. Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment, and meet OSHA safety requirements
Able to identify and understand customer requirements
Teamwork and compliance with plant policies and procedures
Attendance is an essential function and as well on time to work. In addition, ability willing to work weekends, OT as needed to meet our customer demands
Training other partners as needed or requested by leadership
Other duties as assigned by leader

Physical Demands:
Case Packing/Stacking
General Sanitation tasks
Stand up to 12 hours per day
Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds
Work in cold, hot or wet environment
Ability to lift and reach shoulder height and above repetitively frequently
