The Senior Manager, Demand Planning & Analytics is a strategic leader responsible for transforming and modernizing the United States demand planning function. This role drives the integration of advanced analytics, demand sensing, forecast allocation, and IBP best practices to enable data-driven, customer-centric decision-making across the supply chain.

This role will own the end-to-end US demand planning process, setting strategy, standards, and governance for how demand is forecast, sensed, and translated into enterprise decisions, directly influencing portfolio, commercial, financial, and operations outcomes through executive-level recommendations and leadership of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for demand.

This position is located at our Home Office in Green Bay, WI.

This role may be open to remote candidates located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, or Minnesota. For remote employees, travel to Green Bay, WI will be required approximately every 6–8 weeks.  Travel may vary based on business needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Team Leadership & Development:
    Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of demand planners, analysts, and data scientists to build world-class demand planning and analytics capabilities.
  • Strategic Process Ownership:
    Strategy, Operating Model, and Governance: Set the long-term strategy for demand planning — including operating model design, policy standards, and governance forums. Own the US demand planning process, embedding advanced analytics, demand sensing, and forecast allocation strategies to support business objectives.
  • Modernization & Transformation:
    Define and execute the modernization roadmap for demand planning, aligning with broader supply chain and commercial strategies.
  • IBP & S&OP Leadership:
    Serve as a strategic partner in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP, facilitating Product Management and Demand Review cycles. Ensure demand planning outputs seamlessly feed into IBP cycles and support financial and operational alignment.
  • Advanced Analytics & Scenario Planning:
    Oversee the design and deployment of demand sensing models integrating multiple data sources (POS, order, syndicated, external). Drive scenario planning, risk modeling, and proactive insights to support agile business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Enterprise & Cross-Functional Impact: Influence overall business strategy by shaping revenue plans, portfolio mix, and channel/customer investments through demand-driven insights; align demand signals with financial outlooks and operations capacity. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to embed analytics into business processes and executive decision-making.
  • Performance Management:
    Performance & KPIs: Own scorecards and accountability for: MAPE, bias, service/fill rate, demand volatility capture, allocation attainment, promotional uplifts, innovation ramp accuracy, IBP adherence, data quality, and digital adoption/automation rates. Enhance and monitor key metrics: forecast accuracy, bias, sensing effectiveness, allocation performance, and working capital impact.
  • Data & Technology Enablement:
    Advanced Analytics & Digital Transformation: Own the digital roadmap execution for demand planning systems, analytics platforms, and automation. Ensure scalable, high-quality data pipelines and integration with planning platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, IBP). Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need to Suceed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field; Master's degree (MBA, MS Analytics) strongly preferred.
  • 10-15 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in demand sensing, forecast allocation, and IBP/S&OP process leadership.
  • Deep expertise in demand planning tools, statistical modeling, AI/ML forecasting, and analytics platforms (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Preferred certifications: APICS CPIM/CSCP, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
