THE OPPORTUNITY:
As the Technology Trainer, you will facilitate engaging learning programs to onboard, train, coach, and support attorneys and support staff and you will report directly to the firm's Learning & Design Manager.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
On any given day, you will be working with firm leadership, partners, and business colleagues on a variety of requests and projects. You will:
- Conduct new hire, continuing education, or rollout training via stand-up or web-based delivery for each of the core firm applications
- Facilitate training for new technology initiatives
- Maintain training information, learning plans, and calendars in our Learning Management System
- Assist with the creation of in-house training documentation and customizing vendor documentation to meet firm and departmental standards
- Create eLearning videos using Captivate, SnagIt, or other video authoring and editing tools
- Maintain knowledge in training, technology, and educational delivery methodology
- Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized applications as needed or assigned on specific technology
- Use Incident Management System to properly document and escalate issues as they are observed or reported
- Collaborate within the larger TSG Training team, as well as extended TSG organization to ensure the highest level of customer support and resolution
- Assist with the quality assurance process for new technology.
YOU HAVE:
- A Bachelors' Degree
- A minimum of four years facilitating technology training in a law firm or professional services organization
- Ability to adapt training to various learning styles and skill sets
- Familiarity with document management systems and other legal applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Time management and flexible organization skills
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
- Advanced level knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite on a Windows platform
- Understanding of growing IT security trends and the ability to adhere and convey IT Security policies to our customer base, attorneys and staff

Sacramento, CA: The full-time salary range for this role is $44.23 - $50.48 per hour, which is based on a 40 hour work week.
San Francisco, CA: The full-time salary range for this role is $52.88 - $57.69 per hour, which is based on a 40 hour work week. Seattle, WA: The full-time salary range for this role is $44.23 - $50.48 per hour, which is based on a 40 hour work week.
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role in the locations listed above at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
