In this role, you will assist in research, data analytics and the formulation of content t for Sg2 Intelligence by analyzing emerging health care trends, technological advancements, and market forces.
Conduct and synthesize analytical and research results to support Intelligence reports.
Research, synthesize and write succinct reports on topics primarily related to pediatrics and children's hospital strategy as well as health systems' broader enterprise strategies. Research methods and sources include the following:
Utilize scientific literature, health policy reports and industry journals along with Sg2 and Vizient's existing internal resources and expert knowledge base.
Leverage Vizient's proprietary healthcare databases and analytical tools.
Participate in stakeholder telephone interviews with health system administrators and healthcare providers.
Support the development of high-quality member-facing deliverables (including written reports, PowerPoint slides and Excel analytics models) for product offerings to support our member's success.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the execution and delivery of original thought leadership and tactical solutions for our members. Showcase this through various mediums: publications, planning tools, webinars, conferences, blog posts, slide decks, calculators, etc.
Participate in stakeholder interviews, member meetings, and member calls to provide project support.
Bachelor's degree preferred. MHA or MBA a plus.
2 or more years of relevant work experience required.
Work experience on clinical service lines for pediatrics and children's hospitals a plus.
Some experience working with health care information preferred. This should include experience with health care data (ICD-9, CPT, DRG) within a hospital, health care payer, or health care services organization.
Proven organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
Demonstrated research and synthesis skills preferred.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:$66,500.00 - $96,500.00
