Job Summary: The Associate Experience Manager serves as a key strategic business partner and advisor.  The position assists business leaders in the development and administration of the associate relations program, diversity & inclusion activities & overall associate advocacy.  This position interfaces with associates, government agencies, and educational institutions. This position will advocate for the 5 pillars of associate experience: inclusive leadership, empowerment, accountability, strategic risk-taking, and having one's voice heard.  Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Engaged in the leadership of activities related to the overall associate experience including, but not limited to; attracting, orienting, development & retention of associates
  • Identify job-related issues and facilitate, influence & execute resolution activities with site leadership
  • Partners with HR in the collection of exit interview data, summarizes findings, analysis of trends and concerns to improve the associate experience 
  • Plans, develops, implements, and organizes events and volunteers to advance the mission and goals of the company
  • Organizes positive community outreach programs and coordinates special events that will influence public opinion or promote products, services, or ideas of the company
  • Uses social media to coordinate community relations by creating, publishing, and distributing various content pieces that promote the company, associates, as well as individuals or groups within the company
  • Partners with leaders in the development of strategies related to recognition programs & engagement surveys
  • Develops key performance indicators related to the associate experience
  • Understanding associate job duties and assisting HR to ensure the accuracy of job descriptions

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.  Professional certification preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of walking plant floors and sitting at a desk.  Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.


Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
