What you'll be doing:
In our OMT program, operations management trainees complete a 14-week program that consists of technical training, leadership development, professional development. We provide our OMT's with opportunities to apply their skills and knowledge to projects within the workplace and upon completion of the program may interview for open entry-level positions that best match their talents and interests. Graduates of our OMT program have gone on to hold leadership positions across the company.

Obtaining a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Textile Engineering, Wood Science, Environmental Health & Safety or related discipline.
