Position Summary:
The Test & Evaluation Coordinator will independently coordinate the logistics of firearm testing in a support role. This is an entry-level position that draws on prior firearms experience, technical, and creative skills to ensure tests are conducted with required materials and supplies. This position will work in a fast paced, dynamic, team environment within the Research and Development department to provide technical and operational support in the completion of assigned projects and goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works closely with Test and Evaluation department staff to directly support test completion, escalate supply issues, and scheduling of range space.
• Interprets written test plans to place orders for supplies and ammunition.
• Actively manages test ammunition and test supplies inventory to include setting reorder points, placing requisitions, creating item numbers, monitoring inventory levels, and facilitating delivery to test sites as requested.
• Performs inventory of firearms periodically to satisfy ATF requirements at the direction of the Legal department.
• Maintains range certification while always handling and shooting firearms in accordance with SIG SAUER INC policy.
• Maintains qualifications to act as a Range Safety Officer to include passing First Aid/Trauma Management classes.
• Creates item numbers, change orders, and documents in Agile PLM.
• Transfers inventory, performs advanced searches, and enters requisitions in Oracle EBS.
• Must be able to infrequently work a varied schedule to include evenings, weekends or holidays based on customer demands or to support organizational goals.
• Engages in and actively volunteers for Continuous Improvement projects/tasks.
• Participates in and sustains 5S Standards.
• Must follow all required ISO procedures, comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements, and adhere to SIG SAUER, Inc. security mandates.
• Must be able to travel infrequently.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Required Skills:
• High School diploma required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of inventory management experience is required
• Department of Defense Firearms Qualification in M17, M4, M249, and M240 preferred.
• Pistol, rifle, and shotgun training certifications from a recognized firearms academy preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and able to create and edit documents with little to no support.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Ability to verbally, and in written form, express ideas clearly and professionally required.
• Experience using and maintaining firearms is required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Working Conditions:
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
