Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree required; 6 years of experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
  • 10-12 years of experience, including 9 years of knowledge management support
  • Expertise required in Task Management Tool (TMT) and DoD/SSC acquisition support
  • APDP Level III certification or equivalent

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Masters degree 
  • PMP certification

Responsibilities

The key duties of the Acquisition Management Support Analyst include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide management, direction, administration, and quality assurance support of the execution of this Task Order;
  • Responsible for supporting quality and efficiency of the Task Order to include both technical issues and business processes;
  • Be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues and resource limitations;
  • Support the Program Executive Officer (PEO) Action Group (PAG) or Delta/Division Action Group (DAG); the former is responsible for projection and Directorate level coordination to include but not limited to, facilitating and/or coordinating Directorate level strategic briefings, messages (PA/Media), reports, analysis and special projects supporting the portfolio. The latter is responsible for Information Management to include but not limited to developing, facilitating, updating and/or coordinating Directorate level briefings, tasks, reports, media queries, public releases, and special projects that support the portfolio.
