The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. SPA's Strategic Division's Regional Strike System Group (RSSG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering, Systems Safety, Modelling, Master Scheduling, and Financial Analysis support. RSSG is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to support a Branch Head client within SSP's Nuclear-Armed Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Program Office. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington D.C. Pay Transparency Salary range: $100,000 – $150,000/year. Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership within the SLCM-N program. Manage and prioritize complex schedules, including coordinating meetings, briefings, travel arrangements, and deadlines. Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation for accuracy and compliance with SSP standards. Serve as a liaison between the program office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Perform data management tasks, including maintaining files, program documentation, and tracking sensitive information. Handle sensitive and classified information responsibly in compliance with security protocols. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Current SECRET Clearance is required; must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to work at Maritime Plaza in Washington D.C., Monday - Friday. Bachelor's degree. 5-10 years of administrative experience, with substantial experience supporting senior-level positions and strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high volumes of sensitive information with discretion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office tools. Desired Qualifications: Current TS/SCI Clearance. Experience working in government or Navy environments. Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) protocols.
