The ideal candidate will have experience developing solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (Flow), and SharePoint. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps and Power Automate). Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions, customization). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Secret security clearance. Desired Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-400, or similar). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Understanding of relational databases and integrating with SQL Server (on-premises), and knowledge of Power BI development is a plus. They will automate business processes using Power Automate workflows integrated with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, as well as conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of apps and workflows. The candidate will maintain documentation of solutions, architecture, and processes, and ensure security, scalability, and compliance of developed solutions.
