Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Current DoD security clearance - minimum Secret, with the ability to maintain it throughout employment
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience
- Significant experience working with and briefing SES and other Senior Military Officers
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with US Navy Acquisition Programs
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Experience with Nuclear Deterrence concepts and systems
- Experience with Nuclear Weapons programs, Naval Strike Missions, or Submarine Operations
- Master's Degree
- Degrees and/or experience in technical/STEM field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
The Principal Program Analyst will support Navy Strategic Systems Programs with establishing and executing the Nuclear Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program through executive support, strategic planning, communications and engagement support, planning and execution of Flag and O-6 Level IPT meetings, and development of programmatic artifacts; including but not limited to white papers, power point presentations, talking points, schedules, and decision briefs and papers. The right candidate will have strong verbal and written skills, be able to communicate effectively, work with Program Executive Leadership, support SPA Program Management, and manage client expectations.
This position will also work with a highly skilled team, providing critical support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, including data collection, data management, measuring and monitoring performance, schedule management, planning, updating government stakeholders, and reporting program status internally to program management.
