Location: Westborough, MA - Inpatient Residential Program

Pay rate: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm and one late day a week is expected for 10:00am-6:30pm      Benefits:

Qualifications:

• LADC I or CADAC certification preferred, but not required At least one year experience working in a substance abuse treatment, case management role or closely related field Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

  The Case Manager is responsible for:

• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.
• Providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies.
• Providing group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.
• Performing intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames.
• Demonstrating respect for supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
• Consistently arriving for work on time and adheres to the program's attendance policies.
• Strictly adhering to HIPAA/confidentiality policies when responding to inquiries for client information.
• Demonstrating honesty/integrity at all times in the care of the clients/the use of the property
• Completing all required documentation for services as required by Spectrum and all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies within established time frames.
• Developing implements and revises individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client.
• Completing all outcome measurement tools as required by Spectrum, licensing, and payers in required time frames.
