Description
The Recovery Specialist/Direct Care I position is responsible for maintaining a safe therapeutic environment at their assigned program at all times with an emphasis on high quality services and customer satisfaction. The Recovery Specialist/Direct Care I follows all policies and procedures of the program and demonstrates a positive, responsible, and respectful presence at the program.
A person in this role helps the client navigate the treatment program during their stay. This includes supervising client movement from activities, treatment, and meal times as well as possibly transporting clients to and from off-site appointments.
