Location: Waltham, MA - Outpatient Program but will provide support to Middlesex Sherriff's Office of Corrections and Worcester County House of Corrections out of Lincoln Street in Worcester, MA   Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week and at least a half day either Saturday or Sunday    Pay rate: $19.00-21.38/hour

  The Recovery Support Navigator is responsible for:
  • Processing HOC referrals by completing last dose
  • verification, and ensuring patient episode is opened and patient data is
  • entered into the EMR.
  • Completion of on-site medication adjustments.
  • Assisting in the completion of clinical and medical documentation. 
  • Completion of EMR data entry/collection and filing and scanning
  • Responsible for the organization of the medical records. 
  • Assisting with setting up aftercare for MOUD medication for clients and managing MD schedule.
  • Consistently arriving for work on time and adheres to the program's attendance policies.
  • Strictly adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality policies when responding to inquiries for client information.
  • Demonstrating a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, families, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients ensuring that services are not provided outside the scope of duties for this position and professionalism is maintained at all times.
  • Remaining available via cell phone during scheduled working hours.
  • Maintaining adequate knowledge of the program's emergency preparedness plan and emergency procedures.
  • Participating in all required mandatory training including BNI training as scheduled. 
  Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in human services related field or discipline required.
