What Will You Do?
At SRC Logistics, we like to WIN, and have FUN doing so. As a Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting of transactions and posting activity according to customer requirements; offloading and loading activities as directed, cycle counting, maintaining accurate inventory locations and producing quality work through conformance to specification requirements.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Verify and keep accurate records on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare items for shipment including packing, wrapping, and moving materials
- Determine appropriate method for shipment utilizing Click software system
- Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments, record damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to notify them of damages and shortages
- Count incoming and outgoing parts accurately
- Affix shipping labels on packed cartons
- Meet shipping deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction and service requirements
- Operate a fork truck to lift, move or hoist materials from the shipping or receiving area to storage or work area
- Ability to effectively perform similar functions on the floor at any point in time

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
- 1 year of experience of operating forklifts
- PREFERRED: Forklift experience in a warehouse environment
