Job Description

Processes and audits daily investment accounting data for wealth management reporting products, demonstrating thoroughness and attention to detail, to ensure clients have accurate and consistent data to analyze investment performance. Monitors automatic nightly data jobs that run on internal systems for accuracy and completion. Completes full reconciliations of client transactional data on a daily basis, or historical transactional data as part of new client conversions/migrations. Performs post-project audits to ensure data was properly converted. Applies strong analytical skills to research data point items submitted by service teams and clients. Demonstrating solid written and verbal communication skills, partners with internal and external groups at various levels to deliver a high standard of service to clients. Participates in requirements documentation and testing of system and product development enhancements. Manager of staff leaders for multiple departments, or manager of professionals who work on issues that require in-depth knowledge or specialized skills. Exercises wide-latitude to make decisions to achieve defined goals. Establishes operational objectives and provides strong tactical leadership. Coordinates with senior management or executives on critical cross-departmental or functional issues, removing barriers to operational success. Participates in the development and implementation of company policies. Accountable for the results of one or more departments. Minimally requires a Master's degree and 6 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, or high school degree and 10 years of related experience.
