About the Job

Our UK & Ireland Change Delivery organisation is growing in line with business demand, and we seek an experienced Business Analyst (Mid-Senior level) to join our expanding BA Practice to help deliver to our customers both internally & externally. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are self-starters, qualified and well experienced in all realms of Business Analysis tools & techniques, and are a champion of change.

Hybrid with required travel to one of our UK or Dublin offices

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual who can lead on all aspects of analysis activity, identify the most suitable BA technique, engage with both internal & external stakeholders in a client setting, and deliver high quality deliverables consumable to our product teams. The Business Analyst will;

  • Support on the discovery and ideation of new requests either for new clients, existing customers, or internal stakeholders,
  • Lead on the discovery and due diligence analysis phase ensuring solid foundations are set,
  • Lead on the elicitation and documentation of requirement and analysis artefacts during the analysis phase, attending client facing external workshops and reviews where required,
  • Lead and facilitate meetings & workshops and confidently present to internal and external stakeholders and build long-lasting, trusting relationships with colleagues,
  • Work closely with key amigos in Product, Architecture, and System Delivery teams focused on building client-centric solutions and act as the conduit between these teams,
  • Support operational teams identifying impacts and operational readiness activities to ensure change is embedded successfully,
  • Lead on team retrospectives to ensure we are always performing within the most efficient, effective and value-add ways,
  • Provide outcome-based reporting on team or delivery progress in the format required by the programme team,
  • Continually deliver outputs to the expected quality standards in a method consumable to the various stakeholders,
  • Lead and mentor other more junior members of the team to support the growth of a high performing team,
  • Share external & internal BA knowledge & experience across the BA practice and,
  • Constantly champion change and motivate others to operate with a customer or outcome centric mindset.

Desired Experience

  • 7-10 years' experience operating in an analysis-based role where they have developed a full appreciation for BA techniques and the various frameworks i.e. Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, etc,
  • Relevant BA Qualifications provided by BCS, IIBA, ISEB, CBAP, etc,
  • Degree qualified in Business or IT or related area,
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working well with others and have client facing experience,
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator,
  • Proven champion of change and motivator of others,
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead and take ownership,
  • Naturally curious with the desire to constantly improve the status quo,
  • Offer personal agility when responding to change in business demands and lead the way for those more resistant to change,
  • Constantly perform to the best of their ability and encourage others to do the same focused on quality deliverables,
  • Strong desire to support the continued growth of the BA Practice and the company's strategic goals.
