What You Will Get to Do:
The Digital Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across SS&C's client and internal platforms. This role will ensure successful execution of projects and programs by driving industry standard delivery practices, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for the delivery of digital assets by cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, engineers, and testers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and customer-centric digital solutions.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
- Own the delivery roadmap for digital programs, prioritising initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
- Drive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, product owners, and business sponsors to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Oversee vendor and third-party delivery partners to ensure value and quality outcomes.
- Track and report on delivery metrics, providing insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Champion digital-first thinking, innovation, and the adoption of modern technology practices across the organisation.
What You Will Bring:
- 8+ years' experience in digital or technology delivery roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital transformation programs in financial services, superannuation, or related industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong vendor and partner management experience.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, APIs, cloud solutions, and data integration.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience in superannuation, wealth management, or financial services.
- Exposure to customer portals, mobile applications, and digital self-service platforms.
- Good Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS).
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Agile Delivery Lead, SAFe Agilist, PMP, Prince2).
