What You Will Get To Do:

The role is responsible for managing inquiries from customers, advisers, and internal stakeholders related to OnePath's eBusiness functionality.

  • Deliver what matters to customers by identifying and responding to customer demand, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

  • Drive continuous improvement by supporting the integration of the P&I teams into IOOF, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance processes.

  • Foster strong connections by embracing the ClientFirst culture and aligning P&I practices with IOOF values and behaviours.

  • Provide comprehensive, end-to-end case management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all cases.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and engage the appropriate resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues with eBusiness systems.

  • Ensure all information and access provided to internal and external customers is accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.

What You Will Bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)

  • RG146 accreditation (desirable)

  • 2–3 years' experience in financial services, ideally in client services, operations, or eBusiness support

  • Understanding of eBusiness principles and experience using online systems

  • Familiarity with financial planning software (e.g. Xplan, Visiplan, e-Portfolio) preferred

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of superannuation and insurance products, legislation, and compliance

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or case management systems (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow) is an advantage

  • Able to manage competing priorities and meet SLAs

  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and proactive

  • Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning
