The individual must be adept at driving alignment across teams, ensuring timely execution, and contributing to overall operational effectiveness.
  • This position is responsible for the development and execution of product strategy, messaging, and the launch of products and solutions that align with the company's overarching goals. The candidate should bring deep knowledge of operations, technical solutions, product development processes, go-to-market strategies, and project management methodologies. The ability to lead with influence, solve complex business and technical challenges, and thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment is essential.

  • In-depth understanding of the technology underpinning fund accounting and operations workflows, with experience designing and optimizing system architectures to support scalability and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience with a broad spectrum of instrument types—including derivatives, structured products, private placements, and illiquid assets—with an ability to manage operational and accounting complexities.
  • Advanced user expertise in Advent Geneva or equivalent portfolio accounting systems, with proven ability to configure, optimize, and apply functionality to complex investment structures.
  • Direct experience in leading system implementations or upgrades, including requirements gathering, solution design, vendor engagement, and user acceptance testing.
  • Strong track record of running and enhancing daily operational processes across front-to-back workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Hands-on expertise in building or refining automated workflows and data pipelines that integrate trading, risk, and accounting platforms.
  • Proven success in identifying operational pain points and applying both technology and process solutions to drive measurable improvements in efficiency and risk reduction.
  • Ability to bridge technical and business requirements by translating operational needs into system enhancements and product features.
  • Experience collaborating with technology and development teams to deliver new functionality, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve user experience.
  • Demonstrated success in a senior product management, solution strategy, or client-facing leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 8+ years, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
