Title: Financial Services Operations Representative I – Transaction Processing
Location: Hybrid (office 6 days per month) – Kansas City, MO & Quincy, MA metro area ONLY

What You Will Get To Do:

• Prepare all State transaction processing using proper systems, mechanisms available, processing steps, transactions and applicable codes required to process correctly.  May involve multiple day processing, systems, and/or coordination with other units. Research, analyze, and process beneficiary and QDRO payments.
• Monitor daily General Ledger interface process, including daily reconciliation of General Ledger to record keeping systems and validation of OmniPlus and Cash Settlement System (DCS) interface.
• Leverage processing systems, AWD and SmartDesk.
• Provide client with all essential communication (oral and written) required ensuring that processing is efficient and accurate.
• Assist in processing of other tasks including but not limited to fund balance and account reconciliation, participant statement review, and monitoring of all incoming transaction transmission.

The Impact You Will Make:

• High School degree and 1 or more years of related experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry or transaction processing or retirement plan record-keeping or directly related experience.
• Strong analytical/problem solving, ability to research and resolve complex issues usually requiring the coordination of multiple resources.
