What You Will Get To Do:

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with 5–8 years of experience in marketing complex enterprise software with long and highly complex sales cycles. This is a high-impact position focused on driving awareness, demand, and revenue growth for the Algorithmics business unit.

You are highly skilled at execution. You've designed programs that influence multiple stakeholders, built pipeline for enterprise accounts, managed global events, and aligned tightly with product management and sales. You are comfortable navigating a large organization to get things done, while maintaining a focus on delivering results for a specialized business.

This is a global role supporting regional go-to-market programs. You'll travel to industry events, customer conferences, and internal meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: In collaboration with the product management team, build and execute integrated growth marketing campaigns that address the needs of complex buying groups and support long sales cycles — from lead generation through deal acceleration and customer retention. Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft value propositions and content that resonate with the target audience.
  • Project Management: From concept to delivery, lead and coordinate multi-channel campaigns, managing input from product and sales. Liaise with the SS&C corporate marketing shared services team for seamless execution.
  • Event Management: Partnering closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales and Product Management, own the planning, execution, and ROI measurement of key marketing events, including major industry conferences, Algorithmics-hosted events, and global user group conferences.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage the marketing budget to ensure campaigns, events and programs remain within budget. Write business cases for budget approval requests that are compelling and demonstrate a strong ROI to the business.
  • Metrics and ROI: Track performance across channels, analyze attribution across long deal cycles, and optimize campaigns for pipeline and revenue impact.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Marketing, Finance or other relevant field
  • Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in growth, demand generation, or field marketing for enterprise B2B software companies with complex, long sales cycles (6–18+ months).
  • Growth Marketing: Expertise in demand generation, ABM, email marketing, digital advertising, marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Event Marketing Experience: Skilled in managing large-scale industry events, user conferences, and customer-hosted events, with a focus on ROI.
  • Execution & Results: Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable impact on key business outcomes such as pipeline generation, influenced revenue, and customer retention.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and stakeholders while staying on time and on budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across a large enterprise organization to access resources, gain alignment, and measure business outcomes.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-Starter: Track record of independently driving initiatives from concept to execution. Ambition and capability to grow into a role with more responsibility and accountability. Thrives in dynamic, matrixed environments and will pivot priorities and approach when needed.
