Key responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend and third-party systems.
• Define and manage JPA entity models, relationships, and database mappings.
• Optimize ORM performance using effective caching, lazy/eager loading, and batch processing.

• Strong understanding of object-relational mapping, transaction management, and entity lifecycle.
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven

• Experience in microservices architecture.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role(s)
• Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices, particularly scrum and SAFe.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL and AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
