What You Will Get To Do:

  • Client services lead with CoPay/Pharma-based industry experience focused on the delivery of operational, implementation and project efforts.
  • Leverage knowledge of the CoPay industry to drive solutions to client challenges.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Effectively communicate, including on sometimes complex matters in a simplified manner to drive clarity and resolution.
  • Drive internal and external collaboration necessary to get the best outcomes for SS&C and the client.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to internal stakeholders including client services peers, implementation, development and others based on knowledge of the Pharma/CoPay industry.
  • Support the development and refinement of processes, reporting and analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Inform product development based on the voice of customers and operational experiences.

 

What You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in any of the following Pharma Hub Services, Patient Affordability, Co-Pay, Patient Access
  • Ideal candidate will have leadership experience or demonstrate leadership quality to support broader team development
  • Knowledge of market and ability to consult with business leadership and clients regarding operational processes and product development strategies
  • Proven experience collaborating with sales teams to support business development efforts and successfully win new clients
  • Ability to be successful in a dynamic environment.
