What You Will Get To Do:

• Design and lead the implementation of enterprise data solutions, ensuring optimal data storage, integration, and retrieval performance across multiple platforms.
• Architect scalable, robust, and secure data systems to support big data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a data strategy that aligns with organizational goals, including data policies, standards, governance, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and system interfaces.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of database technologies and tools to meet business needs.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy regulations are met.
• Oversee and mentor a team of data architects and engineers, promoting continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Manage and optimize data architecture budgets and timelines.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, data integration, data warehousing, and database design.
• Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies, data modeling tools, and ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data strategies and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in implementing data governance and data security practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable business insights.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer).
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and data science practices.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
• Prior experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare) could be advantageous, depending on the organization's focus.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
