Manager, Venture Capital/Private Equity Fund Accounting - Hybrid
Location: Highlands Ranch, CO | Hybrid

The Fund Accounting Managers are responsible for a broad spectrum of financial and accounting matters affecting Venture Capital and Private Equity Fund clients. They prepare and process transactions and financial reports, and exercise sound judgment regarding the proper application of accounting principles to a variety of transactions.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Financial statement preparation, including partnership allocations
- Provide coaching, training and leadership as necessary to the team
- Review all work product prepared by accounting staff
- Manage client relationships and satisfaction
- Establish a plan for new client setups, reorganizations and conversions
- Resolve fund accounting inquiries escalated to a supervisor
- Interaction with investment managers
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the external audit process
- Analytical review of quarterly results
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field or equivalent work experience
- Master's degree, CPA/CFA are pluses, but not required
- 6+ years' experience in accounting/financial services ideally partnership accounting experience
- 2+ years' experience supervising others
- Strong interest in collaboration and team engagement
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written
- Must be willing to work on site during training and then hybrid 2 days/week
