Job Description
Business Process Documentation: Document and maintain accurate, up-to-date business process documentation for retail alternative investments, including workflows, procedures, and policies. Technical Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document technical requirements for new or existing processes and systems, including:
- Functional and non-functional requirements
- Data requirements (e.g., data models, data flows)
- System integration requirements
- User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) requirements
Technical Solution Development: Work with stakeholders to develop technical solutions to meet business requirements, including:
- Writing technical requirements documents (TRDs) for developers to build on
- Designing and prototyping technical solutions
- Collaborating with developers to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements
AI/LLM and Automation: Apply knowledge of AI/LLM (Artificial Intelligence/Large Language Models) and automation technologies (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath) to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement. Tech Solution Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend technical solutions to meet business requirements, including:
- Conducting research on emerging technologies and trends
- Evaluating vendor solutions and products
- Developing proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and technology partners, to ensure that business requirements are met and technical solutions are effective. Communication: Communicate complex technical information to stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and technology partners, in a clear and concise manner.
