Rapid Response Supervisor

Locations: Hybrid | Quincy, MA

Remote | Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, Missouri, Tennessee, Virginia

As a Rapid Response Supervisor you will be responsible for handling escalations from our Retirement Services division.

What you will be doing

  • Leads programs and initiatives to improve Customer and Employee Satisfaction across Client Service Intermediate professional working on projects of a moderate scope or on varied tasks that require resourcefulness, self-initiative, and significant independent judgement.
  • Demonstrates a developing functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Provides guidance and leadership to junior team members
  • Manages client escalations from start to finish
  • Engages with clients and senior leadership
  • Navigating through various departments within the organization
  • Evaluate current procedures and provide recommendations for process improvement

What You Will Bring

  • Service related skill set with ability to maintain a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred, with a preference for experience in the retirement industry.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in order to exchange information with management, staff, and various external contacts, to explain policies and corporate guidelines and to present recommendations to upper management.
  • The ability to work independently and require limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to navigate and toggle between multiple programs and internal resources simultaneously to perform daily functions.      
  • Minimally requires a Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree (or equivalent) and 4 years of related experience.
