Total Exp: 8-12 yrs

Location: Mumbai

Essential

• Minimum of 5 year's experience of delivering Business Change & IT projects in a financial environment.
• Experience of managing and delivering small, medium and large scale projects with multiple workstreams, demonstrating end to end ownership.
• Ability to drive change and effectively manage projects and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle standards
• Understanding of full IT and Business Change lifecycle including Change Management
• Strong Project Management methodology experience both Agile and Waterfall deliveries
• Excellent communication skills in order to conduct and moderate with all Stakeholders
• Analytical in a problem-solving environment
• Team Player & Collaborator
• High level of interpersonal and team working skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior IT managers, managers, and colleagues across the organisation.

Desirable

• Experience of working on projects within a financial services environment, ideally within the Funds, Wealth, Life & Pensions, Investment Platform and/or Transfer Agency spaces.
• Project Management certification, Prince 2 or Agile.
• Supplier Management & end-client relationship management.
• Managing and influencing senior stakeholders, leading working groups and steering committees.
• Able to demonstrate leadership skills to provide direction, support, influence and mentoring of project managers.
• Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations
• Proven ability to deliver across various IT & Business areas e.g. digital solutions, back-office solutions, business operations, client services, client relationship management.  
• Experience of working within a team that is split both on and offshore
