What You Will Get To Do:
Own and improve the availability, reliability, and performance of critical Eclipse infrastructure and production systems.
Build and enhance automation for deployments, monitoring, alerting, and incident response to reduce operational burden.
Partner closely with engineering teams to design scalable, resilient services and drive best practices in reliability and observability.
Lead and participate in incident management—triaging issues, driving root-cause analysis, and implementing long-term fixes.
Continuously optimize infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Contribute to SRE roadmap initiatives, including tooling upgrades, platform modernization, and reliability-focused architecture improvements.
Strengthen operational excellence through documentation, runbooks, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
What You Will Bring:
3 - 5 years of non internship experience managing and scaling cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) with strong knowledge of networking, security, and distributed systems.
Hands-on expertise with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
Proficiency in automation and scripting using tools like Python, Shell, Terraform, or Ansible.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and deployment automation (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Experience implementing observability frameworks—monitoring, logging, alerting—and working with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analyses, and engineer long-term reliability-focused solutions.
A mindset of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
