Job Description
R&R:
Grow an up-to-date understanding of operational and strategic API product support requirements.
Provide API product support and customer service to internal and external organizations.
Create and maintain platform and solutions domain knowledge with the business, developers, and QA.
Ability to adapt multiple technologies/tools used for building automation tools.
Prompt response to customer issues with ease of solution.
Handling ad-hoc requests for internal and external clients.
Qualifications for API:
At least 2 years of Product Management or Software Development experience
At least 2 years of experience working with development teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience building, consuming, documenting, or supporting web APIs (ideally all of the above!)
Professional API Product Management experience
At least 1 year of experience working with any of RPA tools (preferably Blue Prism).
At least 3 years of experience working in Python, and SQL.
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Gen AI/LLMs to accelerate the work.
