Description
SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is seeking a Board-Certified Sleep Medicine physician to develop our Sleep Medicine department at our Janesville East location. Additional details include:
- Full-time position with clinical and sleep lab director (2-bed lab) responsibilities of growing and developing the sleep program in Janesville
- Outreach clinical services required
- 100% Sleep Medicine practice
- Adult patient panel with potential for pediatric patients, if interested
- Practice is supported by a regional sleep medicine team with collaborative relationship with referring providers
- Experienced Advanced Practitioner to assist with established patient follow up care
- State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment
- Built in referral base through SSM Health Dean Medical Group, one of the largest multi-specialty, integrated health delivery systems in the country
