The Grants Section is looking for a teammate who has experience with Microsoft Office Apps, is adaptable, has attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and is innovative. Come join our team with its professional level procurement and contracting work, involving preparing documents to support procurement through contract execution while ensuring State and Federal regulatory compliance.

Environmental Factors

Duties are performed in an office setting. Incumbent will interact with internal and external customers requiring professional conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in public administration, accounting, business management, or related field AND one (1) year or more of experience in the review and/or administration of government contracts, grants, agreements, maintenance or construction processes, public administration, law, or a related field.

OR

High School diploma or equivalent AND four (4) years or more of experience in the review and/or administration of government contracts, grants and agreements, maintenance or construction processes, public administration, law, or a related field.

OR

Two (2) years or more of experience as an AOT Contracts Specialist Il or AOT Contract Administrator II with the State of Vermont.
