We have an incredible opportunity for several experienced, and skilled Customer Service Representatives in the Goodyear, Arizona area.

Customer Service Representatives answer calls from various customers including product owner, dealers, installers, distributors, designers, and servicing partners supporting several luxury consumer good brands such as Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove.

The Customer Service Representative will answer a wide variety of questions and creatively resolve unique problems involving several product lines. High quality customer service,  professional and timely communications, and customer centric communications are paramount to the position.

Responsibilities:

  • You will provide initial issue/product troubleshooting and recommend a course of action to resolve the customers' needs and concerns.
  • As the voice of the company, you will provide professional, personable, timely & accurate responses to customer and field service phone calls.
  • You will ensure customer satisfaction by finding creative solutions and negotiating mutually beneficial solutions.
  • You will verify and maintain customer account details while documenting customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management database.

 

 



Qualifications

Education
Required
  • High School degree or better

Experience
Preferred
  • • Polished and professional communication style and delivery.
  • • Ability to negotiate complex transactions to the mutual benefit of the customer and company.
  • • Problem solving and issue resolution skills.
  • • Intermediate software skills (ability to navigate and document several different software systems and ques while in active discussion with customers).
  • • Bachelor's degree or other advanced education in a related discipline a plus, but is not required.
