A minimum of 2 years of equipment sales and/or remarketing experience
• A proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic initiatives and plans
• Develop a robust broker book of business
• Manage the end to end broker and wholesale disposal process to maximize returns
• Present equipment packages and negotiate pricing
• Facilitate transfer of assets
• Point of contact for auction transactions
• Collaborate with field partners to determine the best disposal options (retail, broker, auction) based on financial analytics and industry trends
• Manage pricing strategies
• Subject matter expert for retail used equipment sales in support of the field sales team
• A strong understanding of construction equipment and fleet operations
• Manage the disposal of $100M+ in construction equipment
• Excellent vendor management skills
• Great communication skills through all levels of the organization (front-line to Executive)
• Possess intermediate competencies with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
