Interventional Cardiologist, Santa Rosa

Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) has an immediate opening for a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to join the current 8 provider practice

Location: Santa Rosa, California - Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital

Opportunity details:

Clinical:

• STEMI Call: shared between 3 interventional cardiologists and locums, averages 1-2 weekends/month
• Group call: 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks, primarily covered by non-invasive colleagues
• Spacious new offices immediately adjacent to hospital
• Built in referral network from strong PCPs within group and patients with Sutter insurance plans
• Integrated EMR (EPIC) in office and hospital
• Strong office support staff

Hospital:

• Regional STEMI Program, Coronary Interventions, Pacemaker/ICD implants, Cardiac CTA with CT-FFR, cardiac MRI, mechanical circulatory support available (ECMO, Impella, IABP)
• Strong hospitalist and intensivist support
• 124-bed hospital

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• 2-5 years of experience preferred but not required
