Overview

Bluewater Federal is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Philadelphia, PA

 

As the Administrative Support Specialist provides operational, clerical, and financial tracking assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day contract operations by managing project documentation, correspondence, scheduling, and reporting activities that support both technical and program management staff.

 


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Program Manager and technical leads for all contract-related documentation.
  • Maintain program schedules, task order deliverables, and correspondence logs in compliance with NAVSEA formatting and submission requirements.
  • Support the preparation and editing of technical and financial reports, meeting minutes, and monthly Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions.
  • Assist in tracking travel and ODC expenditures, verifying documentation against WAWF and eCRAFT reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and reviews with internal and Government stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain controlled copies of CDRL deliverables, property reports, and training records.
  • Maintain file and data organization using Microsoft SharePoint and internal configuration management systems.
  • Support onboarding of new employees, ensuring training compliance and clearance coordination with security personnel.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business administration or information systems is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in program or administrative support, preferably within a DoD, Navy, or government contracting environment.
  • Active or interim Secret clearance is required.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with SeaPort-NxG task order management and documentation requirements; Working knowledge of eCRAFT, WAWF, and PIEE systems for invoice or cost tracking; experience assisting with CPARS data collection or QA reporting processes is preferred
