Your Role:

Reporting to the Human Resources Lead, the HR Coordinator will provide HR support to 250+ employees in each of our offices and remote locations. This role will focus on employee engagement, HR administrative support, and coordination of HR related activities.

·         Serve as a first point of contact for team members, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures while ensuring a positive employee experience.

·         Recruitment administration, job postings, review of applications, system updates, recruitment inbox, point of contact for recruitment agencies, answer related inquiries, and monitor the HR voicemail box.

·         Maintain HR data and employee statuses within Tetra Tech's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

·         Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives

·         Support employee life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and learning and development

·         Coordinate position requisition process with hiring managers and maintain job postings on our ATS, Taleo. Review applications, reach out to candidates to coordinate interviews and maintain candidate and position tracker.

·         Coordinate with Tetra Tech's payroll on weekly timesheet submissions, benefit enrollments and changes, employment status changes, compensation changes, etc

·         Coordinate with Tetra Tech's accounting on biweekly commuter benefit changes and uploads and other invoicing.

·         Partner with Tetra Tech on compliance items and shared service processes. Attend Tetra Tech's HR, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits council meetings in the HR Lead's absence.

·         Onboard new hires including processing new hire paperwork, I-9 e-verification through HireRight, and processing any immigration paperwork.

·         Support the onboarding experience for new hires on their first day in-person and virtually

·         Collaborate with Tetra Tech on compliance timelines and participate in regular audits

·         Support internal communications, celebrations, and milestone acknowledgements

·         Generate HR reports, collect data for HR metrics dashboard and review weekly with HR Lead

·         Maintain HR record keeping and providing back-end administrative support

·         Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.

·         Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.

·         Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.

·         Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment

• HR experience required, prior recruitment experience a plus

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Experience with any HRIS, benefits portals, and ATS, Taleo and Oracle systems a plus.

• Must be able to function in a highly confidential manner and ability to work with sensitive information

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently solve problems

• Excellent technical skills, strong written and verbal communication, analytical and data visualization skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation:

Pay commensurate with experience.

Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000
