The Critical Buildings and Infrastructure unit is currently seeking a motivated Cyber Security Intern for the Summer of 2025. Our summer intern program is tailored to candidates who are currently enrolled full-time students at an accredited four-year college or university. The internship is intended to run from May to August, though start and end dates are flexible and accommodating to the candidate's academic calendar. The goal of the Tetra Tech Intern Program is to provide a structured program that will equip interns with the skills and experience to help prepare for a successful career. The internship program will allow interns to apply knowledge learned in school to real-world consulting projects and to gain insight into the operation of a multinational architecture, engineering, and environmental services consulting company
Your Contributions will Include:
· Explore and put in place dynamic security testing – required for automotive and internal Tetra Tech clients.
· Explore multi-factor authentication solutions for automotive clients.
· Support project teams with daily helpdesk style problem solving.
· Interact with senior staff to identify needs and process solutions for task completion.
Required Qualifications:
Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or similar field from a four-year College or University.
· Must be able to work from our Ann Arbor office location 3 days per week during the defined internship period.
· Must be a U.S. Citizen.
· Ability to upgrade security scanning tools to comply with the latest Open Worldwide Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10 releases.
· Python programming experience
· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Macro skills
· Ability to perform application testing within Corporate IT Infrastructure
· Ability to complete data entry accurately and proficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Ability to document and audit software enhancements and releases for clients.
· Ability to test new programming enhancements
