Description
Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Director, Airport Cybersecurity Operations Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- This individual will report to the Vice President for Cybersecurity & IT Services
- This individual will collaborate with airport stakeholders and external organizations, such as Airports Council International (ACI), Aviation Information Sharing and Analysis Center (A-ISAC), American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), etc. to pursue new business captures, market leadership in providing cybersecurity services within across the airport communities in the US and abroad
- This individual will have experience with developing and implementing cyber security strategies and protocols to protect airport systems, networks, and data
- This individual will have experience with monitoring and responding to security incidents, including malware attacks, data breaches, and unauthorized access attempts
- This individual will have a demonstrated knowledge of airport cybersecurity compliance requirements in accordance with relevant regulations and standards, such as the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) airport security program
- Experience
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in with airport IT/OT system management and/or cybersecurity protection that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify security incidents and respond accordingly to minimize impact to operations and assure appropriate recovery
- Knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies
- Experience with conducting security assessments and penetration testing
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework and/or International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) ISO/IEC 27001 Cybersecurity Standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Education
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Cyber Security, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Appropriate relevant experience may be provided for consideration in lieu of the degree requirement
- Professional certifications in cyber security, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
