Glumac is seeking an Electrical Designer to support Glumac's Advanced Technology Group (ATG). This role will beresponsible for participating in the creation, analysis and problem-solving of exciting and complex design processes of electrical building systems and preparing detailed electrical engineering drawings that incorporate some of the latest design techniques. This is a very exciting time for the team as they continue to expand in the region.

 

The successful individual will work under a professional engineer on the design, plan, and analysis of electrical power systems for Advanced Technology Projects in the Hillsboro, OR area for Advanced Technology clients. Projects include clean rooms, FAB facilities, microelectronics, industrial, R&D/engineering labs, software and hardware labs, and data centers. You will excel in this position if you have 2-6 years of experience as an Electrical Designer designing MEP projects, a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, strong drafting skills using REVIT and Autocad, and experience in low-voltage design.

Additional Qualifications:

·         Experience with SKM or Easy Power software is a plus.

·         Experience in medium voltage design is a plus.

·         Current Professional Engineering (PE) license or Engineer in Training (EIT) is a plus.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and experience helping to maintain successful client relationships.

·         Sustainable design experience is desired.

·         LEED AP BD+C and WELL are highly desired.

 

 

Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package for employees.
