What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage large, contaminated land projects from start to finish.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff on investigations and remediation.
- Create high-quality reports, proposals, and client communications.
- Build lasting client relationships and identify new growth opportunities with our Practice Leader and Principals.
- Work closely with government departments and regulators in Queensland.
- Collaborate with specialists across Australia to contribute to major Defence projects.
About You:
We're looking for someone with relevant tertiary qualifications and:
- 4+ years' experience in contaminated land and remediation projects.
- Strong communication, report writing, and project management skills.
- The ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- A focus on safe, environmentally responsible project delivery.
- Knowledge of legislation and standards for contaminated land.
- A network of clients and relationships with regulators (highly regarded).
- You must be an Australian citizen to be considered for this role.
