The opportunity
- Located in Fiji
- Full-time
- Fixed-term appointment until 30 June 2026
Key responsibilities
- Manage general office administration, including logistical, administrative, and financial support to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with suppliers for utilities, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide logistics and travel support for staff, and organize workshops, meetings, and business events.
- Support human resources by assisting with staff and visitor inductions.
Selection criteria
- Certificate or equivalent relevant administrative experience
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities.
- Experienced in organising events, workshops, meetings, and managing travel logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; professional, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team.
