The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per annum. Please note that Tetra Tech considers various factors in determining pay, including but not limited to: education, relevant and demonstrated work experience in the role, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other competencies relevant to the needs of the business.
Your Role:
- Define and maintain the strategic vision and roadmap (sprints, agile, scrum, etc.) for FusionMap, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
- Prioritize feature development, balancing innovation with customer requirements.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking against leading geospatial and AI platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications.
- Oversee delivery of core features such as:
- GIS Data Layers
- AI-driven asset management and defect mapping
- Advanced 3D modeling
- LiDAR point cloud visualization and analysis
- Satellite data fusion and change detection
- Guide the development and enhancement of FusionMap's web and mobile applications, ensuring cross-platform consistency, usability, and scalability.
- Ensure visualization and interactive exploration of GIS datasets within the platform, including support for formats such as GeoTIFF, HP, GeoJSON, and ESRI integrations.
- Ensure seamless ESRI and GIS tool integration, cloud scalability, and enterprise-grade security.
- Act as the voice of the customer, engaging with clients in sectors such as mining, aviation, transportation, and environmental monitoring to gather feedback and identify emerging needs.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and business development teams to position FusionMap as the premier AI-powered geospatial platform.
- Support client demonstrations, proposals, and pilot projects.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for product adoption, customer satisfaction, and market growth.
- Manage pricing, licensing, and subscription models for enterprise clients.
- Contribute to Tetra Tech's thought leadership in digital twin and AI-driven geospatial analytics.
- Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
- Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
- Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
- Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years in product management (preferably in geospatial, SaaS, AI/ML, or digital twin platforms).
- Strong understanding of GIS technologies, LiDAR, remote sensing, and AI applications.
- Experience with ESRI products, WFS/WMS integration, and cloud-based geospatial systems.
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, predictive analytics, and environmental monitoring use cases.
- Demonstrated understanding of web-based development, including how modern web and mobile applications are architected, deployed, and maintained.
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
